Sales & Marketing Internship at Spa & Wellness Magazine
This Spa&Wellness magazine is loking for a student, who is organized and is ready for a new challenge: the magazine is brand new and thus needs to be marketed throughout Indonesia. As an intern you work closely with the Advertising Sales & Marketing Manager and assist them in evey task, such as coordinating the production of marketing collaterals. You should be able to identify with the brand of the magazine soon, as you have to represent it in important after-work events.
Project Details
Your tasks
- Assist in setting sales forecast and targets
- Perform financial calculations and prepare administrative forms (proposals, contracts, invoices etc) necessary for closing sales
- Assist in generating intelligence and preparing comparisons of company competitors
- Assist in creating and co-ordinating the production of marketing collaterals
- Assist with after-sales service to clients by providing support through calls and emails
- Assist in obtaining advertising artwork from clients
Prerequisites
- Specialising in Sales, Marketing, International Relations or similar
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic and professional in conduct
- Understand profit and loss calculations and basic business finance
- Be adept at using programs like MS Word, Excel and online storage systems like DropBox, YouSendIt and WeTransfer
- Be able to work under pressure and have a willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of online marketing practices
